The Hispanic market is experiencing its most important socio-demographic shift since its emergence as a powerful and distinct U.S. market segment. By 2016, it will be a different market altogether. By then, the vast majority of Hispanics aged 20 to 29 will have been born in the United States. And the Hispanic "twentysomethings" will constitute a significant "generational crossover" for this segment, with Hispanics age 29 and under born primarily in the United States and well acquainted with U.S. culture, but often born to at least one parent who was foreign born. Thus, they are straddling two cultures. A new book by M.
