Ponce Business Association Monday Lunch
The Guest Speaker is Pedro Garcia, candidate for Miami-Dade County elected Property Appraiser. He will speak on: "It Takes Experience." For over 30 years Mr. Garcia has been the President/Owner of Exclusive Realty Corp., a company dedicated to property appraisals. He has been an appointed Appraiser Special Magistrate for Miami-Dade's Value Adjustment Board for ten years. As a Magistrate, he takes value evidence from the County Property Appraiser as well as the property owner or their representative and recommends for or against a change in assessed value for taxation.
